MISSION AND PURPOSE
Confirmation is the second Sacrament of Initiation following Baptism. Through the annointing of Confirmation, the Faithful receive the graces of the Holy Spirit, poured out upon the Apostles in the Upper Room on Pentecost. It is the Lord who confirms those who have already been baptised to be his faithful witnesses in the world. Through the annointing with oil and the laying on of hands. The faithful are empowered to receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit within, and to manifest the fruits of the Spirit through their words and deeds.
Our Confirmation program is held every other year and is for our high school students in 9th and 10th grades.
